What you need, and whether we are allowed to do it.
We do not have one, so we will not keep your books or advise on your tax. Plenty of consultancies in Belgium blur that line. Knowing where it sits is the most useful thing we can tell you.
No bookkeeping, no tax advice, no legal advice. Those are reserved professions in Belgium and we refer them out.

Belgium reserves several activities to licensed professionals, and we respect every one of those lines. We do not keep books, prepare statutory accounts or advise on tax — that requires ITAA registration, which we do not hold. We give no legal advice, which belongs to the Bar. Payroll goes through an approved social secretariat. And a sworn translation for official use needs a translator entered in the national register, so we refer those rather than supplying something an authority will reject. Our filed activities also include pharmaceutical retail and sports instruction; we carry on no activity needing a separate authorisation unless it is actually held.
No. In Belgium, keeping books and advising on tax for third parties is reserved to professionals registered with the ITAA, and we are not registered. We will refer you to someone who is — and be wary of any consultancy that offers it without mentioning this.
No. Legal advice and drafting are reserved to members of the Bar. We can explain what a letter is asking you to do administratively, and anything legal goes to an avocat.
Not a sworn one. Official translations require a translator entered in the national register of sworn translators, and we will refer you. Supplying an ordinary translation for an official purpose simply gets it rejected.
French, Dutch or English, agreed at the start. In Brussels that matters more than people expect, because the language of an official letter is not always the language you operate in.
Not directly. Payroll in Belgium runs through an approved social secretariat, and we coordinate with one rather than doing it ourselves.
Those codes are on our registration, and we carry on no activity that requires a separate professional authorisation unless we actually hold it. For pharmacy in Belgium that means a pharmacist, which is a different thing entirely.
